How the list is made.

AI receptionist and AI voice agent products that answer a business's phone calls, often alongside text, chat or booking. Hybrid services that combine AI with human staff are included and described as such. Human-only answering services and developer platforms for building your own voice agent are not listed.

Every vendor page says which kind of source its facts come from, links to that source, and shows the date we checked it. Today the directory holds 136 listings:

• 93 listings from the vendor's own website. Pricing, features, integrations and trial terms were read from the vendor's pages. Where an earlier lead disagreed with the vendor site, the vendor site was used and the difference is recorded in the listing's data note.
• 43 listings from a secondary source (aidentaindex.com). The source last checked these on 12 Oct 2026. They have not yet been checked against the vendor's own website and are labelled "Secondary source, pending check" on their pages.

Lists of vendor names from other directories are only used to find vendors. They are never the source of a published fact.

• Pricing exactly as published, with the date it was checked. We do not estimate or convert prices.
• Features, integrations, trial terms and the business sizes the vendor says it serves.
• The "Free trial or plan" badge and filter only count listings whose data records a plain yes. Trial terms recorded as text are shown word for word on the vendor page but never earn the badge, so we never read an offer into wording.
• Fields with no published information read "Not published". We do not fill gaps with guesses.
• The data note recorded when the listing was compiled, shown word for word. It flags conflicts, unclear pricing pages and claims we could not confirm, such as compliance certifications.

Secondary listings are queued to be checked against each vendor's own website. After launch, the aim is to re-check every vendor at least every 30 days and to update the checked date when we do. Data on the site was last checked 15 Oct 2026.

Lists are sorted A to Z by vendor name. A vendor appears on an industry page when its listing names that industry. Industry pages with fewer than 3 vendors stay visible but are kept out of search engines until coverage grows.

• Basic listings are free.
• Featured listings and industry sponsorships appear only in their own slots, always carry a visible Featured or Sponsored label, and never change the order of the main list.
• Position in any list is never sold.
• There are no paid placements on the site today.
