AI receptionist price changes (dated, sourced)

AI receptionist vendors change plans, allowances and add-on prices without much notice. This log records each change we could confirm: when it happened, a summary of the pricing before and after, and the dated sources, including archive captures, you can check yourself.

How we track changes

Every entry has two dates. Changed between is the vendor change window: from the last archive capture that still showed the old pricing to the first capture, or our own dated check, that showed the change. The vendor made the change somewhere inside it. The recorded date is when our listing took the changed figures, which can be later.

Before and after are our condensed summaries of the vendor's published pricing, keeping plan names, units and billing terms; follow the source links for the full wording. We give a percentage only when both sides share currency and billing basis; restructured plans are described in words. Corrections to our own records are never shown as price changes. Read how we source and recheck listings.

What to do if your vendor changed price

  1. Check your own bill and contract: existing customers are often kept on an older plan for a while, so the change may not have reached you yet.
  2. Re-run your numbers in the AI receptionist cost calculator at your call volume, and read what AI receptionists cost for the pricing models behind the figures.
  3. Compare alternatives before your next renewal date.

FAQ

How often do AI receptionist vendors change their prices?

Often enough to check before you renew. This log holds 6 published changes across 6 vendors, in windows from 21 Apr 2026 to 16 Oct 2026. It lists only changes we could confirm with dated sources, including an archive capture of the old page, so vendors may have changed prices more often than this.

How do you detect a price change?

When a recheck of a vendor's pricing page no longer matches our listing, we look for copies of that page in the Internet Archive's Wayback Machine. The last capture with the old figures and the first capture (or our own dated record) with the changed figures set the window. Without an archive capture of the old page, we do not publish the change.

Why can your date differ from the vendor's announcement?

We date a change by what the public pricing page showed, not by press releases or messages to customers. A vendor may announce early, change the page later, or move existing customers on another date. "Changed between" is the narrowest window the captures support, and the recorded date is when our listing took the changed figures.

Do you log your own corrections here?

We keep them in the same data file for the record, but they never appear on this page. If we fix a figure we had wrong, the vendor did not change anything, so showing it as a price change would mislead.

Are these the prices I will pay?

They are list prices as the vendor published them. Taxes, add-ons, setup fees, annual discounts and contract terms can change your bill, so confirm the current figures on the vendor's own page before you buy.
