Advertising Terms

AI Front Desk List (aifrontdesklist.com) is run by SMASH & DASH PTE. LTD. (UEN 202605529H), registered office 68 Circular Road, #02-01, Singapore 049422. Contact: hello@aifrontdesklist.com.

• Featured listing: $59, paid once, for 12 months from the start date we confirm by email.
• It adds the vendor to the labelled Featured row on the industry pages it is listed under and to the home page Featured slot.
• Industry, comparison and home page sponsor slots are not offered yet. We will publish terms for them before selling them.
• Basic listings stay free and are never sold.

• Every paid placement shows a visible Featured or Sponsored label.
• Each one carries a line saying the vendor pays for it and that it does not change the A to Z list or our facts.
• Links in paid placements are marked as sponsored links.

• Payment never affects rankings, list order, scores, reviews, shortlist picks, prices we publish or test results.
• We test paid vendors the same way as everyone else and may publish critical findings at any time, before, during or after a placement.
• Vendors do not review or approve our editorial content, and paying does not entitle a vendor to change it.

• The vendor supplies a short line (up to 110 characters) and a link. Both must be accurate and up to date.
• No misleading pricing: any price must be the real price a customer pays, with conditions stated.
• No superlatives we cannot check (such as best, number one or leading), no fake urgency, no claims about competitors.
• We may edit a line for accuracy or length, or ask the vendor to change it.

• We may decline any order before it goes live, with a full refund.
• We may remove a placement if its content breaks these rules, the product stops working or the vendor closes.
• No refund is due when we remove a placement for any of these reasons.

• Full refund if we have not put the placement live within 7 days of payment.
• A vendor may ask us to take a live placement down at any time. No refund is due once it is live.
• Refunds go back through Stripe to the card used.

• The Featured listing does not renew automatically. It ends after 12 months.
• We will email about two weeks before the end date. Continuing needs a new payment.

• Payment is by Stripe Payment Link. Stripe emails a receipt. We never handle card details.
• Prices are in US dollars (USD).
• SMASH & DASH PTE. LTD. is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged.

• Where we join a vendor's affiliate programme, we may earn a commission when readers sign up through our links. That is separate from paid placements and is explained on /affiliate-disclosure.
• If a vendor is both a sponsor and an affiliate partner, we disclose both, and neither affects our rankings or results.

• We may update these terms for new bookings. A paid placement keeps the terms it was bought under.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction.
