Plan prices, credit prices and the setup fee are not published. Usage in credits: AI phone agent 3 credits per minute (each part minute billed as a full minute), 5 credits per distinct in-call action, 3 credits per call for after-call work, 1 credit per started 10-minute block of call recording; chat messages 1 credit each. Carrier charges are added; eligible local numbers in the US, Canada, UK and Germany have no inbound carrier surcharge. Support and maintenance are included; change requests, new actions and extra languages may cost extra. Monthly plan credits expire each month; yearly plan credits are given at the start of the year and expire at its end; credits bought separately roll over. Cancel any time to stop renewal; there is no refund for the unused part of a paid period.
