CallPad is run by Callpad Inc., a Delaware corporation, and where applicable its subsidiary Callpad GmbH in Berlin; the Terms (last updated 3 June 2026) are governed by Delaware law. It serves businesses in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia and Canada; its home page FAQ also says it works for businesses in Germany, Spain and France. Pricing: the pricing page FAQ reads "CallPad pricing starts from US$150 per month in the US, £100 in the UK, A$200 in Australia and C$190 in Canada. Every plan is a flat rate with all minutes included and no minutes or hours caps. Your price depends on the plan and number of calendars, so contact our team for a quote for your business." Each plan card (Solo, Standard, Pro, Enterprise) reads "Get a quote", so no plan is given the US$150 floor here. The per-location wording is CallPad's own: its med spa page reads "CallPad plans start from US$150 (£100 in the UK, A$200 in Australia, C$190 in Canada) per location per month", and its hair salon page gives the same prices "per location". UK, Australian and Canadian prices are shown as published and never converted; only the US$150 floor is used in USD figures. The Terms say fees are billed in advance, monthly or annually, are non-refundable except as required by law, and change with at least 30 days' notice; you may cancel at any time, subject to any minimum term in your order. Setup fee, contract length and minimum term: not published. Trial: its free month page reads "Claim your free month of CallPad", "our team configures CallPad with your services, stylists and booking software so you can test it free for 30 days" and "No credit card required"; setup is done for you after you submit a form, not self-serve.
