Still On is a brand of SourcePoint Group: the product page footer reads "by SourcePoint Group". The legal provider is a separate company: the Terms say the service is "provided by Thunder Rebel LLC, 2878 Ledger Way, Park City, UT 84060". Pricing: the product page FAQ reads "Still On is one plan: a 14-day free trial, then $97/mo flat. Card required, cancel anytime, no setup fee, no contract and no usage charges." Its plan card reads "One flat monthly price. Every call, text, DM and chat, on every channel." and "Prices in USD." The Terms read "Still On is one plan: a 14-day free trial, then $97 per month, billed monthly. A card is required to start. There is no setup fee, no contract and no usage charges." The Terms also say "Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period", and the FAQ says you cancel online through Stripe's billing portal, with "No call, no contract, no cancellation fee." SourcePoint Group's own site lists different rates for Still On in its bundle estimator, which it calls "provisional planning rates", and says "Still On usage, taxes, ad spend, domains and third-party fees are extra"; those rates are not used here. Trial: the FAQ reads "You are not charged anything during the 14 days, and if you cancel before the trial ends you pay nothing." Setup: "Live within 24 hours" applies, in the page's words, "once your business info and channel access are confirmed"; the FAQ says "Within 24 hours of you starting your trial and telling us about your business." Channels: the product page reads "Works where your customers already are: Phone, SMS, WhatsApp, Web Chat, Instagram, Messenger, Email" and "Live capability depends on the channels, permissions, APIs and workflows connected to your Still On build." It says it books appointments; it names no calendar, CRM or field service software, so no integration is listed. Listed under home services, HVAC, plumbers, electricians and roofers: the trades its submission named that the SourcePoint Group site's "Watch it happen in your trade" demo also shows (Plumbing, HVAC, Roofing, Electrical); the product page itself names no trade. The submission also named real estate, which neither site names, so it is not listed; the demo's other examples were not submitted and are not listed. Customer lines on the product page are labelled by the vendor as the reactions it hopes for, and are not used here. Its voice and AI providers are not named here.
